January , 2012 - Paizo Publishing has licensed its award-winning Pathfinder Roleplaying Game to Dynamite Entertainment, who will publish comics based on Pathfinder's exciting fantasy world in 2012! Launched in 2009, Pathfinder has taken the tabletop gaming world by storm, and is now tied with Dungeons & Dragons as the best-selling hobby roleplaying game in the world, spawning rulebooks, adventures, collectible figurines, and novels, as well as the forthcoming Pathfinder Online massively multiplayer computer g ame.

Warner Bros live-action adaptation of the popular Japanese anime series, Akira was put on hold for a script rewrite. For this task the WB has enlisted The Dark Knight Rises scribe Jonathan Nolan and Green Lantern's Michael Green to review the script the current script.
An aside: Akira after the recent announcement that there are no Asian actors in the cast of this production, many of them are hoping that the WB will change their minds and include them. After all Akira main character is Asian, and casting Asian actors has work in the recent live-action film Green Hornet and the manga turned anime hit, Gantz.
Like Gantz, Akira is said to be a 2-part film production
Berserk Ogon Jidai-Hen I: Hao no Tamago (Berserk Golden Age Arc I: Egg of the Supreme Ruler), the first film in the three-part retelling of the Golden Age arc of Kentaro Miura's manga, will open in Japan on February 4.
